Mobile and web
RFLXN is available as a mobile app and as a web study workspace at rflxn.app/app. One account works across both, so your saved passages, highlights, journal, and Journeys stay in sync. For the web workspace, please note the browser and whether you were signed in when reporting an issue.
Subscriptions and billing
RFLXN subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the store where you purchased the subscription. You can use Restore Purchases in the app after signing in to reconnect an active subscription.
Account deletion
Account deletion is handled in the app for signed-in users. If you cannot access the app, follow the fallback instructions on Delete Account.
Scripture and AI study support
If a Bible translation, search result, Companion response, or copyright notice appears incorrect, send the reference, translation, and screenshot if possible. Companion is a Bible study assistant and is not pastoral counseling, medical care, legal advice, or crisis support.
