Delete Account
Last updated: June 7, 2026
RFLXN is available as a mobile app and as a web study workspace at rflxn.app/app. A single RFLXN account is shared across both, and deleting your account removes your data from both. This page explains how to delete your account and the fallback support process if you cannot access the app.
In-app deletion
In the RFLXN mobile app, sign in, open Settings, and use Delete account. The app asks you to confirm the destructive action, then sends the request to the production account deletion service for the signed-in user. The same request permanently removes data you created on the web, including saved passages, highlights, journal entries, and Journeys progress.
Web deletion
You can also request deletion from the web workspace. If a Delete account option is not yet available in your web account, use the mobile app or the email request below — all paths delete the same shared account and data.
Email deletion request
If you cannot access the app, email support@rflxn.app with the subject "Delete my RFLXN account" from the email address connected to your account. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before completing the deletion.
What is deleted
Account deletion removes or anonymizes your RFLXN account profile and app data such as preferences, reading-plan progress, journal entries, bookmarks, highlights, and Companion conversation records where those records are stored by RFLXN.
What may be retained
Billing records, subscription transaction history, fraud-prevention records, support correspondence, and records required for legal, security, accounting, tax, or app-store compliance may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Supabase, API.Bible, and Anthropic may retain records under their own policies.
